EASIEST WAY TO GET TO US ONCE YOU ARE AT THE MALL

Ambience Mall,Gurgaon is huge hence we recommend the following directions to get to us the fastest once you have arrived at the mall.

• Enter from Gate No.3 if coming from Ground floor.Use lifts 2,3,8,9 on Ground floor which open directly to us on the 6th floor.
• If approaching from basement parking B-1, B-2, B-3, Use lift No.2,3,8,9 which will open up straight to us on the 6th floor.

CHILDREN WITH ASD OR SENSORY SENSITIVITIES -   Sets of fidget toys and noise-reducing headphones are available from the Help Desk at the Museum.In case you would like to prepare your child ahead of time for what sights and sounds to expect,please feel free to call us at 9717383555 so that we could help out with the same. 

1. Our weekends are busy with visitors and Birthdays. In some cases, we may close the floor for Birthday Parties .Thus we highly recommend that you call us (9717383555) in case you are heading our side so that we can inform you about any Birthday/Events slotted.
2. Wear play- ready shoes and clothes. The museum has no specific requirements in terms of socks/footwear for kids.The Soft play area in the museum is the only spot where shoes are not allowed.
3. All Role Play costumes such as Explorer's Jacket,Astronaut Suit etc are designed to be simply slipped on over the clothes that the child is wearing.
4. The Craft Section requires the children to wear slip on aprons provided by the Museum before they start painting.
5. Hand Sanitisers and Wet wipes are provided at the Museum.
